To make a reservation, please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +351 910 351 384 — we’ll check availability and get back to you within 24 hours.
Within 1 month of the reservation date, the amount will be refunded in full. Up to 15 days as from the date of reservation, the amount will be refunded up to 50%.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, so you can settle in and start relaxing. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM to ensure we have time to prepare for our next guests. Need different times? Just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate when possible!
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. If you cancel at least 1 month before your stay, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations up to 15 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund. Modifications are also possible, depending on availability — feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
Are pets allowed at the apartment?
Absolutely — pets are more than welcome! Big, small, fluffy, or feathery — they stay for free and bring the good vibes. No extra charges, just extra tail wags (or purrs)!
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
Yes, we can happily arrange an airport shuttle service for you at an additional cost. We also offer a variety of extra services to make your stay even more special — from babysitting so parents can enjoy a romantic night out, to guided Lisbon tours exploring the city’s most iconic spots. And for our sporty guests, we can set up surf lessons to ride the waves like a local. Whatever you need, your wishes are our command!
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, the apartment is located on the second floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator. The doors are wide enough to comfortably accommodate a wheelchair, so getting upstairs and into the apartment is smooth and hassle-free!
Is parking available at the apartment?
We don’t have a private parking space, but there are free spots available right in front of the building. Just a heads-up — during high season it can be a bit trickier to find a spot nearby. The good news is there’s a large public parking area just 200 meters from the apartment!
